Overview

  • Adlercreutzia rubneri is a Gram-positive, non-spore-forming, strictly anaerobic, non-motile, short rod-shaped bacterium. The DNA G+C content is 63.3%. Adlercreutzia rubneri is probably a rare gut coloniser. (Stoll2021a)

  • This organism has been recovered from human faeces (Stoll2021a). Pathogenicity status unknown, or very unlikely to be pathogenic. A possible gut commensal.
