  • Sporolactobacillus nakayamae subsp. racemicus is a Gram-positive, spore-forming, facultatively anaerobic, motile, rod-shaped bacterium. The DNA G+C content is 43-46%. Sporolactobacillus nakayamae subsp. racemicus is probably a rare gut coloniser. (Yanagita1997)
